Stride 1

Remove the contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts are nowadays. Read instructions completely before first.
Note: It may be necessary to remove/relocate forepart license plate and license plate bracket. It is not required, but strongly recommended. If local/state laws requires a license plate, license plate relocation kit 32-0055 is available.

Step 2

Notation: Cutting the air dam is necessary if vehicles are non equipped with either tow hooks or fog lights. See NO TOW HOOK instructions.

Step 3

Remove tow hooks past removing front commodities and loosening rear commodities sufficiently. Practise NOT remove rear commodities completely. Tow hooks will non exist reinstalled.

Stride 4

Determine passenger and driver brackets. Attach brackets using mountain plates, bolt plates, and one/two" fasteners as shown. Commodities plates will be inserted from the finish of the frame rail. Mitt tighten. Reinstall forepart tow hook bolt and torque to 60 FT.LBS and 1/2" fasteners to 65 FT.LBS. SEE Effigy 3.

Stride 5

Adhere bull bar associates to brackets using ane/2" fasteners as shown. Level and adjust bull bar as desired. Torque ane/two" fasteners to 65 FT.LBS.

NO TOW HOOKS

Step ane

Remove lower air dam from vehicle and license plate holder using 8mm wrench and/ot socket.

Step 2

Cut out templates. Mark centerline of lower air dam past locating the serial of pocket-size fins on backside of air dam. Lines should be 8" long. Mensurate and mark a line 17 1/ii" from center line. DO NOT follow contour of air dam. Make several marks from separate measurements using the centerline to create profile. SEE Effigy 1.

Step 3

Align templates with air dam. The "REAR OF AIR VALANCE" line aligns with lesser rear portion of air dam and the "Eye LINE" line aligns with the 17 1/two" marks created. Record template to air dam and trace outline. Using desired method, cut along outline. Additional trimming or adjustment to air dam may be necessary. Replace lower air dam. SEE FIGURE i.

Step 4

Determine passenger and driver brackets. Adhere brackets using mountain plates and 1/two" fasteners as shown. Manus tighten. NOTE: Passenger bracket volition not be affluent with bottom of frame.

Step 5

Attach balderdash bar associates to brackets using i/ii" fasteners as shown. Level and adjust bull bar as desired. Torque 1/2" fasteners to 65 FT.LBS.

Lite INSTALLATION:

Insert threaded stud on base of the light through hole in cross tube. Using a ratchet, extension and socket for correct size of nut supplied, insert through large clearance hole in lesser of cantankerous tube. Thread nut and washers on stud and tighten. SEE FIGURE 1. Annotation: A brusk socket, not a deep well works best to get the nut started.

Notation:

Fits most vi" round or rectangle lights. Some lights may require replacing included mount/isolator with rubber bumpers provided. Mounting stud of i/two" or less required. Plug mount holes with caps provided if not installing lights.

Cease PROTECTION

Westin products have a loftier quality finish that must be cared for like any other exposed end on the vehicle. Protect the cease with a not-abrasive automotive wax, (e.m. Pure Carnauba) on a regular basis. The utilise of any lather, polish or wax that contains an annoying is detrimental, as the compounds scratch the stop and open information technology to corrosion.
